A Goblin, Lil' Creep

"You don't wanna run into these nasty creatures, especially at night. You might think it's just one, but be sure that goblins never creep alone..."

I was inspired way back when by Maria Panfilova's Goblin piece (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/8Rgz6) to try my hand at one of these, and the main inspiration for the visual I was going for was a concept by Christopher Onciu (https://www.artstation.com/christopheronciu).

This was a project to learn and get comfortable with a few things. Arnold, XGen, HD Geometry, hand sculpting and just for fun I tried texturing the whole thing with polypaint. Really learned to appreciate the texturing tools out there... Definitely going back to Mari for the next one :^)
I could've still gone on improving on a lot of things, but it's time for me to move on to other subjects now. I'm happy with what I learned and can't wait to apply the knowledge to my future projects and make those better!

Thanks for looking :>
